Ingredients to make Pepper Chicken Chinese Style.

  • chicken breast 1
  • pepper corn ground 2 tbsp
  • eggs 2.
  • Grated ginger 1 tbsp
  • Grated garlic 1 tbsp
  • Chill powder 1 tsp
  • dhania powder 1 tsp
  • Rice flour 2 Tbsp
  • For Sauce
  • tomato Ketchup 1 Tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tsp
  • Chilli vinegar 1 /2 tbsp
  • garlic chopped fine 1 tsp
  • ginger chopped fine 1 tsp
  • onion chopped 1
  • salt pepper to taste
  • Sesame oil 1 tsp

How to make Pepper Chicken Chinese Style.

  1. Half cook marinated Chicken breast. ( cut in cubes)
  2. Mix beaten Eggs with pepper, chilli, Dhania powder, and all masala. Add rice flour.
  3. Adjust salt. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry Chicken cubes. Let it soak oil on an absorbant paper.
  4. To prepare sauce.
  5. Heat oil in a pan. Add Chopped onion, saute, add Chopped Ginger and Garlic. Saute and add Tomato ketchup, Soya sauce, Vinegar.
  6. Adjust salt and add Fried Chicken.
  7. Serve with garnish of coriander leaves.

My Tip:

Cooking Chicken half will help in frying fast and soaking less oil. You can serve it without sauce also. Adding sauce will help to eat with fried rice or any other seasoned rice.
