ABOUT Pepper Chicken Chinese Style. RECIPE

I made Pepper Chicken and then served like Dry Manchurian.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chicken breast 1
  2. Pepper corn ground 2 tbsp
  3. Eggs 2.
  4. Grated ginger 1 tbsp
  5. Grated Garlic 1 tbsp
  6. Chill powder 1 tsp
  7. Dhania powder 1 tsp
  8. Rice flour 2 Tbsp
  9. For Sauce
  10. Tomato Ketchup 1 Tbsp
  11. Soya sauce 1 tsp
  12. Chilli vinegar 1 /2 tbsp
  13. Garlic chopped fine 1 tsp
  14. Ginger chopped fine 1 tsp
  15. Onion chopped 1
  16. salt pepper to taste
  17. Sesame oil 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Half cook marinated Chicken breast. ( cut in cubes)
  2. Mix beaten Eggs with pepper, chilli, Dhania powder, and all masala. Add rice flour.
  3. Adjust salt. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry Chicken cubes. Let it soak oil on an absorbant paper.
  4. To prepare sauce.
  5. Heat oil in a pan. Add Chopped onion, saute, add Chopped Ginger and Garlic. Saute and add Tomato ketchup, Soya sauce, Vinegar.
  6. Adjust salt and add Fried Chicken.
  7. Serve with garnish of coriander leaves.
