ABOUT Healthy Patty Burger RECIPE

Patty used in the burger is of soyabean so a new way to add healthy soya to kids' diet otherwise generally kids dont like soyabean.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. ForPatty-
  2. Soyabean granules- 1/2 cup ( soaked in water and drained)
  3. Boiled and mashed potato-1/2 cup
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Coriander leaves-3 tsp
  6. Garam masala-1 tsp
  7. Red chili powder-1/2 tsp
  8. Besan-1 tsp
  9. Oil-2 tsp ( shallow fry)
  10. For Assembling-
  11. Burger buns-2
  12. Cabbage leaves-2
  13. Onion slice
  14. Tomato slice
  15. ketchup
  16. Green chili sauce
  17. Mayonnaise-2 tsp
  18. Butter- tsp
  19. Sesame seeds-1 tsp
  20. Wafers


  1. 1) Mix all ingredients of patties. Make patties. Take a non stick pan. Add 2 tsp oil. Put patties and shallow fry till golden colour.
  2. 2) Take buns . cut them into half.
  3. 3) Take a pan. Put butter in it. toast the buns
  4. 4) Take lower part of bun. Put cabbage leaves. On it put patty. Spread mayo on it. Now put onion and tomato slice. On it spread chilli and tomato sauce.
  5. 5) Cover the bun with the other half . sprinkle sesame seeds.
  6. 6) Serve with potato wafers.
