Ingredients to make Healthy Patty Burger

  • ForPatty-
  • Soyabean granules- 1/2 cup ( soaked in water and drained)
  • Boiled and mashed potato-1/2 cup
  • salt to taste
  • coriander leaves-3 tsp
  • Garam masala-1 tsp
  • Red chili powder-1/2 tsp
  • besan-1 tsp
  • oil-2 tsp ( shallow fry)
  • For Assembling-
  • Burger buns-2
  • cabbage leaves-2
  • onion slice
  • tomato slice
  • ketchup
  • Green chili sauce
  • Mayonnaise-2 tsp
  • butter- tsp
  • sesame seeds-1 tsp
  • Wafers

How to make Healthy Patty Burger

  1. 1) Mix all ingredients of patties. Make patties. Take a non stick pan. Add 2 tsp oil. Put patties and shallow fry till golden colour.
  2. 2) Take buns . cut them into half.
  3. 3) Take a pan. Put butter in it. toast the buns
  4. 4) Take lower part of bun. Put cabbage leaves. On it put patty. Spread mayo on it. Now put onion and tomato slice. On it spread chilli and tomato sauce.
  5. 5) Cover the bun with the other half . sprinkle sesame seeds.
  6. 6) Serve with potato wafers.

My Tip:

Shallow frying the patties is a better option than deep frying.
