Cut all the vegetables and boil with salt .
Grind coconut, green chillies and cumin seeds to a fine paste.
Then mix this paste with the vegetables and cook for sometime till mixture coats well with vegetables
Now add curd and salt immediately and turn off the flame .
For tempering Heat oil, fry mustard and curry leaves add with Aviyyal. Add 2 spoons coconut oil on top for flavour.
Serve with rice and Addai
Note - Make sure that after cooking vegetables, it should be dry otherwise Aviyyal becomes watery. After adding curd don't cook for long .
