Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Onion 2
  2. Rice 1/2 kg
  3. Carrot 100gms
  4. Cauliflower 2
  5. Peas 250gms
  6. French beans 100gms
  7. Turmeric 2tsp
  8. Mirch powder 1tsp
  9. Ginger Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  10. coriander powder 1 tsp
  11. Salt 2 tsp
  12. Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  13. Cheese


  1. Cut all vegetables into fine pieces.
  2. Cut cauliflower into medium size pieces
  3. Take some oil in a pan. Put onion and let it be golden brown . Now Add the ginger-garlic paste and saute .Now its time to add all the vegetables and masala turmeric powder,chilly powder,coriander powder and salt. Cover the pan with lid and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. In an another pan take ghee and add jeera ,let it be brown . Add rice and fry it. Put all the fried vegetables and saute for another 10 minutes. Now put garam masala into it
  5. Pressure cook it on high flame.
  6. Garnish it with cheese and coriander leaves.
