Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Hot air fried puries- 10 puries
  2. Big boiled potatoes- 2 (mashed)
  3. Big Onions -3 (fine chopped)
  4. Big Tomatoes- 3 ( fine chopped)
  5. Creamy sweet curd-1 big cup
  6. Besan sev- 1 cup
  7. Finely chopped Coriander as required
  8. Chat masala- As required
  9. Red chilli powder as required
  10. salt to taste
  11. Garam Masala as required


  1. Take all hot air fried puries in a plate. Make a hole in puries gently.
  2. Add some salt , chat masala, garam masala and finely chopped Coriander properly in mashed potatoes. Put mashed potato at the bottom of puries.
  3. Add finely chopped onion and tomato over potato in puries.
  4. Add sweet creamy curd over onion, tomato.
  5. Sprinkle some sev and coriander for garnishing.
  6. Sprinkle some red chilli powder, chat masala and salt for taste.
