Ingredients to make Noodles Parantha

  • Leftover noodles - 1 cup or as needed for filling
  • Dough for making parantha
  • oil for frying paranthas

How to make Noodles Parantha

  1. Take two small balls from the dough and roll both of them into chapati.
  2. Place one chapati on the board and then spread noodles on it, cover it with other chapati.
  3. Now fold it from all sides so that the parantha should be properly closed now press it lightly with your hand.
  4. Heat the tawa. Drizzle little oil on it and place stuffed parantha on it and cook on both sides till done.
  5. Serve hot with loads of butter on it.
