Ingredients to make Coconut Naan Khatai

  • maida 1 cup
  • besan 1/2 cup
  • Fine sooji 1/4 cup
  • Desiccated coconut 1/2 cup
  • Powdered sugar 3/4 cup
  • ghee 3/4 cup
  • baking soda 1/2 tsp
  • Baking powder1/4 tsp
  • elaichi powder 1/2 tsp
  • pistachio Almond flakes

How to make Coconut Naan Khatai

  1. Mix all the ingredients properly
  2. Keep in fridge for half an hour
  3. Pre-heat oven at 150 degrees C
  4. Make nan khatais in the shape of your choice and put flakes of nuts in between
  5. Bake for 15 minutes or till done
  6. Check the surface if it is slightly golden then it is done

My Tip:

You can add crushed nuts in the batter
