Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Maida 1/2 cup
  2. Pinch Of Baking Soda
  3. Salt and water
  4. Corn 2 tbsp
  5. Paneer grated 1/2 cup
  6. Onion chop 2 tbsp
  7. Green chilli 1
  8. Coriander leaves for garnish
  9. Chaat masala 1 tsp
  10. Oil for cooking
  11. Spring onion sprigs
  12. Salt to taste
  13. 1/4 tsp pepper powder
  14. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder

Instructions

  1. First make pancake batter by mixing maida, milk, salt, baking soda and water. Whisk finely, remove all lumps. Keep this batter aside.
  2. For the filling heat oil, add jeera and onion. Saute and then add all ingredients and your filling is ready. Then we make pancakes. Cool them and put 1tsp of filling in every pancake in center and make a potli and wrap it with spring onion sprig. Serve it with sauce
