Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. For samosa dough
  2. 1 1/2 cup maida
  3. 4 tspn oil
  4. 1/4 tspn chilli flakes
  5. 1/4 tspn Oregano
  6. 1/4 tspn ajvain
  7. Salt as per taste
  8. For stuffing
  9. 1 cup finely chopped paprika ( yellow,red,green capsicum)
  10. 1/2 cup boiled sweet corn
  11. 1/2 cup smashed and boild potato
  12. 3 cube cheese
  13. 1 tspn oregano
  14. 1 tspn dry herb
  15. 1 tsp chilli flakes
  16. 1/2 tspn garlic powder
  17. Salt as per taste
  18. 1 tspn olive oil
  19. Ingredients for dip
  20. 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  21. 2 tbsp grated cheese
  22. 1 tspn oregano
  23. 1 tspn chilli flakes

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients of samosa dough and make soft dough with water and keep aside for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat the olive oil and saute all the vegetables only for one minute on high heat. Now switch off the flame and add salt, dry herb, chilli flakes, oregano and grated cheese. Mix it well.
  3. Now make a thin chapati from dough and make 2 equal halves.. Then add stuffing and make samosa. After making all the samosas deep fry them on slow flame till they become golden brown. Sprinkle dry herb on fried samosa.
  4. Mix all the ingredients of dip and make a smooth paste. Serve yummy samosa with yummy dip.
