Italian pavbhaji

Ingredients to make Italian pavbhaji

  • Parboiled broccoli 1 cup
  • 1/2 cup boiled rajma
  • 1/2 cup yellow capsicum
  • 1/2 cup red capsicum
  • 1/2 cup green capsicum
  • 1 cup white sauce
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • salt to taste
  • 100 gm grated cheese
  • 1tbsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tspn chilli flakes
  • 2 tspn oregano
  • 1 tspn dry herb
  • 1 tspn garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • For serving : pav, olives, jalapeo

How to make Italian pavbhaji

  1. Cut capsicum in small pieces. Parboil broccoli and rajma.
  2. Heat the oil and saute all the vegetables just for 1 minute.
  3. Add red chilli powder,dry herb, oregano, salt and mix it well.
  4. Now add white sauce, tomato sauce and mix it well. For white sauce heat 2 tbsp butter and saute 1 tbsp maida in it for 1 minute. Add 1 cup milk, salt n black pepper powder. Boil it for 1 minute.
  5. Now add grated cheese and mix it well.
  6. Bhaji is ready. Serve with pav and nachos and garnish with olives, jalapeo and chilli flakes.
  7. You can also serve with nachos.
