Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mushroom 250gms
  2. Onions 1 medium size
  3. Cinnamon stick 1/2 inch
  4. Star anise small 1
  5. Butter 4 spoons
  6. Garlic 10 pods
  7. Pepper according to your taste
  8. Cloves 2
  9. Salt according to your taste
  10. Olive oil/ vegetable oil
  11. Oregano for seasoning

Instructions

  1. Take a pan, add butter and fry the cleaned mushroom in butter till cooked.
  2. In a jar take one third of mushroom, garlic, cinnamon stick, star anise, cloves, pepper, and salt and grind it very well.
  3. In the same pan add butter and oil. Add onions and cook it very well.
  4. Now add the mushroom paste and cook it till the oil separates out .
  5. Add water and cook and then add the cooked mushroom.
  6. Sprinkle oregano and stir well. Serve it with roti or paratha.
