Ingredients to make Dates dryfruit roll

  • Seedless, chopped dates 400 gms
  • Chopped almond 1/2 cup
  • Chopped walnut 1/2 cup
  • Chopped cashew 1/2 cup
  • Chopped pistachio 2 tbs
  • Fresh milk cream 2 tbs
  • khuskhus seeds 2 tbs
  • nutmeg powder less then half tsp

How to make Dates dryfruit roll

  1. Take a pan, add all nuts and just roast it all for 5 minute. Then keep aside to cool.
  2. Now add milk cream and heat it on slow flame.
  3. Now add chopped dates and saute for 5 minute. Dates become little soft.
  4. Now add all roasted nuts in it. Mix them well.
  5. Now remove from the heat and leave till it comes to normal temperature.
  6. Now add nutmeg powder and mix again.
  7. Take some of them in your palm and give them the shape of a roll.
  8. Then roll it in khuskhus seeds.
  9. Now make all rolls like this way and wrap them in foil paper.
  10. Leave in fridge for an hour. Then cut it into pieces. Then serve and store.
