Dates Dryfruit Barfi

Ingredients to make Dates Dryfruit Barfi

  • dates 500 gm
  • almond 1/2 cup
  • pistachio 1/2 cup
  • coconut 1/2 cup
  • Cardemom powder 2 tbsp
  • ghee 2 tbsp

How to make Dates Dryfruit Barfi

  1. Cut dates and remove seeds if not seedless
  2. Heat a pan add ghee then add all dryfruits. Mix it and add chopped dates.
  3. Mix it till leaves the surface. Off the gas then make a dough
  4. Wrap it in a silver foil and freeze it for 2 hrs.
  5. Cut it into desired shape.
