Ingredients to make Dates Burfi

  • Soft seedless dates (khajoor)500 gms
  • sugar as your taste
  • ghee 5 tablespoon
  • Badam, Pishta, Walnuts and cashewnuts - 1/2 cup each
  • Desiccated coconut - 2 tablespoons
  • Khova 1 cup.

How to make Dates Burfi

  1. Take a nonstick pan put ghee, khajoor and cook on low flame
  2. Put sugar and cook further
  3. Put all dry fruits and desiccated coconut. Mix khova
  4. Put the mixture on a greased plate and keep in the fridge for 1 hour
  5. Remove and cut into pieces in shapes of your choice

My Tip:

Use soft and seedless dates preferably ajwa and ambar dates
