ABOUT Masala Chips RECIPE

Homemade masala chips ! Can it get better than that ? Make it this way or try out different flavourings. No matter what the case , there is one thing for sure . You would not go back to the ready made ones.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Potatoes as needed
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Chilli powder a tbsp
  4. Turmeric a pinch
  5. Chat masala a tsp

Instructions

  1. Peel and cut potatoes into round slices into semi thick ones. Not too thick nor too thin.
  2. Soak them in ice cold water for 30 mins. Drain and keep aside.
  3. Heat the oil and as soon as the oil gets heated, add all the ingredients into a bowl with potatoes and mix well.
  4. Deep fry immediately.
  5. Serve with ketchup or any dip.
