Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 &1\2 cup pasta
  2. 1\2 tsp black pepper powder
  3. 1/2 cup red chilli sauce
  4. 1 tsp Thai sauce or Tomato Ketchup
  5. 1 tsp soya sauce
  6. 1\2 tsp vinegar
  7. Half inch ginger
  8. chopped 4 garlic cloves
  9. chopped 2 onion chopped
  10. 1\2 tsp of Chopped green chilli
  11. 2 tbsp butter
  12. Salt as required
  13. 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  14. 3 tbsp white sauce

Instructions

  1. Boil the pasta in required amount of water with salt and cook for 10 minutes. Drain all water and keep aside.(refer the instructions given on the pack)
  2. Now prepare the white sauce -
  3. Heat a pan, add 1 tbsp butter,1 tbsp maida. Fry until aroma comes and add 1\2 cup of milk, mix well until combined well and switch off the flame. Pour more milk if require to the get desired consistency. Avoid lumps and keep aside.
  4. Now heat oil in a wok. Fry garlic and onions, chopped green chilli till the rawness goes away.Then add the tomatoes along with salt and saute till it becomes mushy.
  5. Now add the soya sauce,Thai sauce,vinegar and red chilli sauce, Mix it all together and cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Finally, add the cooked pasta and toss them well. Pour the white sauce into it and toss them again so that the sauce coats properly.
  7. Make sure the sauce coats the pasta nicely. Check for salt and other seasonings. Sprinkle pepper powder and freshly chopped coriander leaves on top and serve hot.

Simple and best, I make my pasta the same way and it tastes amazing.
