Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. pasta 1 cup
  2. butter 1 tbsp
  3. olive oil 1 tbsp
  4. onion 1
  5. tomato 1
  6. ginger 1 inch piece
  7. garlic 3 cloves
  8. pepper powder
  9. salt to taste

Instructions

  1. cook pasta in 4 cups of boiling water with salt
  2. drain and rinse with cold water
  3. add butter
  4. heat oil in a pan
  5. saute ginger garlic paste
  6. Add in vertically chopped onion
  7. when onion is cooked add tomatoes and cook till soft
  8. Add pasta
  9. add salt and pepper
