Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Basmati rice 1 cup
  2. Citrus juice 2 glass(kinnu)
  3. Grated Carrot 1 cup
  4. Green chillie chopped 1
  5. Ginger 1 inch grated
  6. Chopped fresh coriander
  7. Salt and red chilli powder
  8. Ghee 1 spoon


  1. Soak rice for 10 minutes. Now in a non-stick pan add rice and kinnu juice.
  2. Add grated carrot, green chillies, chopped grated ginger, chopped dhania salt and chilli powder
  3. Close lid and cook for a few minutes check in between
  4. When its cooked add ghee and turn off the gas. Close lid and let it rest for 5 minutes
  5. Citrus rice is ready . Serve
  6. Garnish with few fresh carrots, kinnu slices and crisp nachos.
