Ingredients to make Golden Herbs Balls

  • 4 - 5 boiled and mashed potatoes
  • Brown bread crumbs half cup
  • Oregano leaves 2 tsp
  • White pepper powder 3 tsp
  • Black salt as per your taste
  • Italian thyme 1 tsp
  • oil for frying

How to make Golden Herbs Balls

  1. In a big bowl add boiled and mashed potatoes . Now add bread crumbs into this .
  2. Now add oragano leaves , black salt , white pepper powder , thyme . Mix all ingredients well. Make small size balls with this mix .
  3. Take a pan , add oil . Deep fry these balls into hot oil until they becomes golden brown . Serve hot with tomato sauce.
