#Fruity Tart

Ingredients to make #Fruity Tart

  • all purpose flour 1 cup
  • salt a pinch
  • sugar 1 tesp
  • butter 1/2 cup
  • Milk 2 tbsp
  • Jam to line tart shells
  • Whipped cream 2 cup
  • Chopped fresh fruits 1 cup

How to make #Fruity Tart

  1. Mix flour, salt and sugar.
  2. Cut butter in flour mix. Then mix with fingers well to get crumbly texture.
  3. Collect the flour mix into a dough using little milk. Don't knead.
  4. Refrigerate the dough for an hour.
  5. Roll the dough into a 1/4th cm thick sheet.
  6. Cut rounds using a round cutter to line the tart moulds. (size of cutter depends on size of tart mould).
  7. Line tart shells with rolled sheet. Prick all over.
  8. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 12 to 15 minutes.
  9. Cool tart shells. Apply fruit jam in tart shells.
  10. Fill with whipped cream and top with chopped fresh fruits.
  11. Serve chilled.
