Chocolatey yogurt with fruity punch is eggless dessert without baking.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. For chocolatey fruity punch:
  2. Hung curd 1 cup
  3. Melted white chocolate 1 slab
  4. Icing sugar 2 tbs or as per your taste
  5. Vanilla extract 4 to 5 drops
  6. Chopped mix fruit jelly 2 tbs
  7. Pomegranate pearls 2 tbs
  8. For tart :
  9. Bourbon chocolate biscuit 8 to 10 (use any)
  10. Fresh malai 1 or 2 tbs
  11. For garnish :
  12. Chopped fruit jelly 2 tsp
  13. Mix chocolate chips (white & dark) 1 tsp
  14. Pomegranate pearls 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. For chocolate yogurt :
  2. Take a bowl add curd, vanilla extract and sugar then beat well.
  3. Now add melted white chocolate and again give good mix.
  4. Now add chopped fruit jelly, pomegranate pearls and again mix it.
  5. Now pour this mixture in air tight container.
  6. Now keep this in fridge for 2 or 3 hours.
  7. For tart :
  8. Take a plate and keep biscuit in it. Now take small bowl and press on biscuit.
  9. Make crumble not a fine powder.
  10. Now take a bowl add malai and crumbled biscuit and knead like a dough.
  11. Now make small balls from the dough and flat them in your palm and make small thick poori.
  12. Now take a muffin tray and apply little oil and then set the small puri which you made.
  13. Now freez it for 1 & 1/2 hour to set properly.
  14. After freezing take out the try and de mould the tart with the help of knife.
  15. Now take out chocolatey yogurt and fill the tart .
  16. Sprinkle some chopped fruit jelly, chocolate chips and some pearls of pomegranate on the top.
  17. Collage for tart.
  18. Serve chilled to your guests.
