We all like jam. Here is an amla jam recipe that is healthy and tasty
First, wash amla and put it in pressure cooker and cook for 5-6 whistles
Once it cools down, take out the seeds out of amla and grind it to a fine paste
In a pan take water and gur and prepare syrup
Add amla in it and cook till becomes thick. Add ghee and honey
Once it thickens like jam, turn off the heat. Cool and store in a bottle
It can be used for upto 6-8 months
