ABOUT Strawberry Jam RECIPE

Strawberry flavour is almost liked by all. Strawberry is full of vitamins, potassium, calcium and phosphorus which are essential for healthy life. This jam is easy to prepare and kids love eating it.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Strawberry - 400 grams
  2. Powdered sugar - 300 grams
  3. Lemon - 1


  1. Wash strawberries thoroughly and remove stalk. Cut them in small pieces. Take strawberry pieces in pan and cook on low flame. With help of hand masher, mash the strawberries. Add powdered sugar and cook for another 10 minutes
  2. After 10 minutes, cook jam on medium flame for 12 minutes until it gets thick. Mix lemon juice and check jam (for this take 1-2 drops of mixture on a plate, if it sets then jam is ready).
  3. Strawberry jam is ready, take it out in a bowl. Eat strawberry jam with bread, parantha or use for making ice cream or shakes.
