Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Fresh whipping cream 3 cups
  2. Dark chocolate 1/2 cup (chopped)
  3. Chocolate chips 4 tbsp
  4. Strawberry crush 2 tbsp
  5. Pink colour 3 -5drops
  6. Fondant flowers and leaf

Instructions

  1. Whip the cream till it doubles
  2. Melt chopped chocolate and add in half of whipped cream.Whip again
  3. Add chocolate chips
  4. Mix strawberry crush in the leftover cream
  5. Add colour if you want
  6. Take out in small shot glasses
  7. First pink layer and then chocolate mousse
  8. Put a blob of fresh cream with fondant flowers on top
  9. Serve chilled
