ABOUT Banana Pancakes RECIPE

These are simple pancakes. I have added bananas to increase the nutritional value

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Wheat flour 1 cup
  2. Rice flour 2 tablespoons
  3. Ripe banana 2
  4. Sugar 3 tablespoon(or adjust according to your taste)
  5. Milk to make batter
  6. Soda bicarbonate 1/6 teaspoon
  7. Honey 2 table spoon for serving
  8. Oil/Ghee

Instructions

  1. In a blender add all the ingredients
  2. Make a smooth batter
  3. You can adjust the quantity of milk . Batter consistency should be like dosa neither thick nor free flowing
  4. Heat a nonstick pan.
  5. Spread some oil /ghee and make pancakes of desired shapes.
  6. Cook for 2-3 minutes on Low-medium flame
  7. Spread some oil/ghee on top and flip the pancake
  8. Again Cook this side for 2 minutes.
  9. While serving pour little honey on it and serve.
