Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Banana- 1
  2. Quick oats- 1 tablespoon
  3. egg- 1
  4. Handful pecan nuts or walnuts


  1. Peel banana and mash it nicely in a bowl add oats, egg and mix it well.
  2. take a pan drizzle butter and and pour the batter to make small pancakes.
  3. cook both sides
  4. and sprinkle nuts over the pancakes.
  5. cook till golden and then sprinkle more nuts and drizzle maple syrup or honey.
  6. and serve

Please let me know how long it will stay without refrigeration as I want to take these for my baby for eating during our train journey.
