  • banana- 1
  • Quick oats- 1 tablespoon
  • egg- 1
  • Handful pecan nuts or walnuts

How to make Banana crunch pancakes

  1. Peel banana and mash it nicely in a bowl add oats, egg and mix it well.
  2. take a pan drizzle butter and and pour the batter to make small pancakes.
  3. cook both sides
  4. and sprinkle nuts over the pancakes.
  5. cook till golden and then sprinkle more nuts and drizzle maple syrup or honey.
  6. and serve

My Tip:

If you don't have maple sauce for pancakes you can use honey as well.

Please let me know how long it will stay without refrigeration as I want to take these for my baby for eating during our train journey.

it will stay fresh for atleast 4-5hr...but it's better u taste before giving to baby... depends on weather as well and the softness off pancakes will also won't be thr for long. it tastes well if served hot .
