Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Lemons - 10
  2. Ginger - 2 inches peice
  3. Sugar - 500gms
  4. Water - 1/2 Lt

Instructions

  1. Boil sugar and water till sugar dissolves and some more time
  2. Squeeze juice out of lemon and keep aside
  3. Grind the peeled ginger peices in a grinder without water and keep aside
  4. Keep the boiled water with sugar too cool
  5. Once cooled add the juice of lemons and stir
  6. Now squeeze the juice out of the ground ginger into the lemon sugar water syrup. Stir it well
  7. Squash is ready. While serving add one part of squash to 3 parts of water.
  8. Refrigerate squash in a glass bottle preferably.
