This hearty vegetable lasagna is a hit dish for Christmas dinner. Hope you all will enjoy this dish as much as we do

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 cup soya granules( boiled and squeezed)
  2. 1/2 cup mushroom sliced
  3. 1/2 cup sliced onion
  4. 3/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
  5. 3 cloves garlic, minced
  6. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  7. 1 cup pasta-pizza sauce
  8. 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  9. 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  10. 1 table spoon mixed herbs
  11. 8 lasgna sheets


  1. Cook the lasagna sheets in a large pot of boiling water for 10 minutes. Rinse with cold water, and drain
  2. Boil soya granules and,drain water
  3. In a large saucepan, cook and stir mushrooms, green peppers, onion, soya granules and garlic in oil. Stir in pasta sauce and basil, bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes
  4. Mix both the cheese
  5. Preheat oven at 175 degrees C Spread 1 cup tomato sauce into the bottom of a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Layer 1/2 each, lasagna sheets, vegetables, sauce, and cheese. Repeat layering, and top with remaining cheese.
