Scotch Eggs

Ingredients to make Scotch Eggs

  • Spiced sausages 4
  • Boiled eggs 4
  • flour 3 tbsp
  • Paprika 1/4 tsp
  • egg 1 well beaten
  • Bread crumbs 1 cup
  • salt
  • oil to fry

How to make Scotch Eggs

  1. We get different types of sausages. Get spicy one, if possible. Boil eggs. Remove skin, keep aside. Take one sausage, if there is skin, remove it. Then just fold it.
  2. Put some flour on the platform, roll the sausage into a thin poori, place one boiled egg inside and close it from all sides.
  3. Then dip it in flour, and then in beaten eggs and coat it with breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a pan, deep fry them till done.
  5. Serve hot

My Tip:

This dish can be made in different ways. If we don't get ready to roll sausages, make a dough with all sausages, adding some flour. Then take a ball and stuff it with egg and deep fry.
