Ingredients to make Butterfly Sandwich

  • Multigrain Bread - 6 pieces
  • cucumber grated - 1 piece
  • carrot grated - 1 piece
  • Hung curd - 1 bowl
  • black pepper - 1 teaspoon
  • salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper seeds for eyes
  • pomegranate - 1 peeled

How to make Butterfly Sandwich

  1. Take hung curd. Mix pepper and salt. Divide into two portions. In one add cucumber and in the other add carrots
  2. After that cut bread in the shape of the wings then cut the body of the Butterfly. Then in front wings spread cucumber and in the back wings spread carrot and in the body part half carrot and half cucumber.
  3. After that arrange the all parts. Then take pomegranate and make the boundary of all parts. Fix eyes with black pepper and cut two small antenna of Butterfly and spread cucumber and put pomegranate and fix with butterfly.
