Peda using mango pulp.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Milk - 1/2 litre
  2. Sugar - 4 tbsp
  3. Semolina - 4 tbsp
  4. Mango pulp - 12 tbsp
  5. Ghee - 1 tbsp
  6. Clove for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Take a kadai. Add milk.
  2. Once milk comes to boil, add rava and sugar. Let it boil on a low flame.
  3. Once the rava is boiled completely, add mango pulp. Stir constantly adding little ghee till it forms a solid mass.
  4. Once cooled, grease your palms with ghee and shape into pedas.
  5. Garnish with cloves
