I made this cake for my daughter and her friends for Christmas celebration in school. Absolutely healthy and they loved the colours and jam on it

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Whole wheat flour - 2 cups +4tbsp
  2. Brown sugar -1/2cup + 4tbsp
  3. Baking powder -1 tsp
  4. Baking soda- 1/2 tsp
  5. Salt 1/2 tsp
  6. 3/4 cup of yoghurt
  7. 3/4 cup of water
  8. 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  9. Vanilla essence- 1tbsp
  10. Tutti frutti -1 cup
  11. Jam for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees C for about 15 minutes.Grease a muffin tray
  2. Mix yougurt water oil and vanilla essence and keep aside
  3. In large bowl sift the flour
  4. Now mix baking soda and baking powder salt and sugar
  5. Now Combine wet and dry ingredients
  6. At last add tutti frutti and mix well
  7. Now pour it in muffin try up to 2/3 level and bake for 15 minutes
  8. Or bake till a tooth pick comes out clean
  9. Cool in the rack and decorate with jam using a piping bag
  10. Store it in air tight container.
