Filing and yummy dairy free low calorie smoothie. Perfect for diet conscious people. An easy way to get rid of oiliness in skin and leaves you with a glow. You can make it sweet and savoury both.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cucumber 1
  2. Apple 1
  3. Cinnamon powder 1/4 teaspoon
  4. Lemon 1/2
  5. Grated ginger 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Honey or salt to taste
  7. Ice cube as require
  8. Rock salt or black salt optional
  9. Black pepper powder 1/2 to 1 teaspoon optional


  1. Peel and chop the apple and cucumber.
  2. Taste the cucumber. It shouldn't be bitter.
  3. Combine everything.
  4. If you are using salt add rock salt and 1/2 to 1 teaspoon black pepper powder too.
  5. Blend everything until smooth and frothy.
  6. Add lemon juice and mix well.
  7. Taste and add more lemon juice if require.
  8. Pour the mixture in your favourite glass.
  9. Add ice cubes.
  10. Garnish with cucumber, apple and lemon wedges.
  11. Serve chilled.
