Mixed vegetables with savoury flavours sauteed in butter

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. carrots diced 1 cup
  2. Cauliflower chopped 1/2 cup
  3. capsicum chopped 1/2 cup
  4. peas shelled 1 cup
  5. beans chopped 1/2 cup
  6. Onions 3 (chopped)
  7. Tomatoes 2 (chopped)
  8. butter 1 stick
  9. oil
  10. salt to taste
  11. Kasuri methi 1/2 tbsp
  12. Haldi 1 tsp
  13. Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  14. Fresh cream/malai 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Take a deep pan. Saute onions in butter
  2. Add tomatoes to translucent onions and add the masalas. Saute till they cook properly
  3. Let the mixture cool. transfer it to a blender and make a paste
  4. Heat oil in a pan. Add remaining veggies. Cook till tender.
  5. Add tomato-onion paste to cooked veggies. Add cream and serve

nice one..but would be nice if you can share the ingredient quantities also..I would love to try it
