Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cups puffed rice
  2. 1/4 cup coriander/green chutney(buy readymade or make your own)
  3. 1 cucumber finely chopped
  4. 1 tomato finely chopped
  5. 1 onion finely chopped
  6. 1/2 cup papdi(optional)
  7. 2 tablespoons roasted peanuts
  8. 1/2 cup sev
  9. bunch of coriander leaves finely chopped
  10. 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  11. pinch of black salt
  12. 1/2 teaspoon red chilly powder
  13. 1 teaspoon chaat masala

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan and roast puffed rice, cook until they become crisp.
  2. Take a large bowl.Transfer puffed rice into the bowl and add cucumber, tomato, onion, papdis, peanuts.Top with coriander chutney, lemon juice, rock salt, chilli powder and chaat masala.
  3. Granish the bhel puri with sev and coriander leaves and serve.
