Ingredients to make ‘Rev up’ breakfast salad

  • 1 cup cucumber (chopped)
  • 1 cup tomatoes (chopped)
  • 1 cup capsicum (chopped)
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup olive oil
