This smoothie contain pectin fibre,which assists in fighting hunger cravings and help to reduce weight.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Soya milk 1 cup
  2. Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  3. Orange peeled 1
  4. Yogurt 2 Tbsp

Instructions

  1. Combine milk , yogurt , orange ,and lemon juice in a blender .
  2. Blend for 1 min. Transfer to a glass and serve.
