ABOUT Persimmon Orange Smoothie RECIPE

A healthy and nutritious smoothie packed with the goodness of folic acid, thiamin,vitamin C and copper that is required for the production of red blood cells. This fruit is moderately high in calories but very low in fats. It's a fall and pre-winter fruit that varies from light yellow to dark orange red colour.
