Very soft, supple, energetic and delicious drink which everyone would like to relish. Keeps you full throughout the day.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1 cup cubed papaya, plus 2 tsp for serving
  2. 1 orange, peeled and deseeded
  3. 1& 1/2 tablespoon honey (optional)
  4. 1 cup Fresh curd
  5. 2 drops Vanilla essence
  6. 1 cup Crushed ice


  1. Put papaya, orange, half of honey, vanilla essence and crushed ice into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Blend the yogurt and rest of the honey separately into a smooth paste.
  3. Now carefully fill the glass with blended curd, then with the prepared smoothie.
  4. Then fill again with curd.
  5. Top with some of the reserved papaya cubes and serve chilled.
