ABOUT Papaya Orange Paradise Smoothie RECIPE

Papaya orange smoothie is enriched with the goodness of papaya, and vitamins and fibre from orange. It is full of nourishment and antioxidants. It makes a perfect breakfast snack or a healthy post-training drink.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1 cup (100 g) cubed papaya, plus 2 tsp for serving
  2. 1 large ripe orange peeled and deseeded
  3. 1 1/2 tablespoon honey or as per the sweet preference
  4. 1 cup plain thick fresh curd
  5. 2 drops of vanilla essence
  6. a pinch of nutmeg powder
  7. A pinch of turmeric powder
  8. 1 cup crushed ice

Instructions

  1. Put papaya, orange, half of honey, vanilla essence, nutmeg powder, turmeric powder and crushed ice into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Blend the chilled yogurt and rest of the honey separately.
  3. Now carefully fill half the glass with blended curd, then pour the prepared smoothie.
  4. Pour the rest of the curd and top with some of the reserved papaya cubes and serve chilled.
