ABOUT Fruity Sprout Bhel RECIPE

A delicious and healthy mix of sprouts, corn ,potato and fruit chaat. Ideal for Weight watchers.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 250 grams mixed sprouts
  2. 1 boil potato
  3. 1 small onion chopped (optional)
  4. 1 small tomato
  5. 1/2 cup Coriander leaves chopped
  6. 1/2 cup black grapes
  7. 1/2 cup orange shredded
  8. 2-3 slices of apple or pine apple
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 1table spoon Chaat Masala
  11. Juice of 1/2 a Lemon

Instructions

  1. Wash and boil sprouts for 5minutes, remove pressure and strain immediately.
  2. Add small pieces of boiled potatoes.
  3. Now add salt, tomatoes, onions and corn.
  4. Add the grapes cut into half and small pieces of apple.
  5. To this sprinkle chaat masala and mix well.
  6. Add the half cup orange juice now.
  7. Serve cooled in fridge garnished with chopped coriander.
