ABOUT Fried chicken momos RECIPE

This is the fried version of the much loved chicken momos. An easy and delicious starter for any occasion.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Flour [maida] 2 cups
  2. Water
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Chicken [minced] 1 cup
  5. Chopped onion 3 tablespoons
  6. Garlic chopped 3 cloves
  7. 4 tablespoons oil + more oil for deep frying
  8. Chopped coriander 1 tablespoons
  9. Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add flour, salt and 2 tablespoons oil. Now add little by little water until formed a dough.
  2. Let the dough rest in fridge for at least 1 hr.
  3. In other bowl mix chicken, 2 tablespoons oil, onion, garlic, coriander, salt, pepper and mix.
  4. Now take the dough and roll it in balls and than roll out flat using a rolling pin and stuff them with the stuffing and shape it as you want.
  5. Now deep fry them and when fried take it out and serve.
