Ingredients Serving: 2

2 chicken breast
1 Cinnamon stick
4 mint leaves
5 ounces of chicken broth
4 whole pineapple slices
1 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp paprika
1 tbs pepper
1 tbs salt
1/2 cup Honey
2 tbsp fresh dill
1 Cup water

Instructions

Add olive oil, lemon juice, water, chicken broth, chicken cut up, honey, salt, pepper, paprika, dill, broken cinnamon stick and cut up pineapple pieces into a pot.
Cook on low with open top. Stir occasionally.
Cook the rice and keep it ready on a serving plate.
When chicken turns white, switch to frying pan, draining out broth.
Place the chicken on the rice and serve.
