Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Wheat flour 1- 2 katori
  2. Boiled bathua 1/2 a bunch
  3. Salt1/4 tsp
  4. Red chilli pd. 1/4 tsp
  5. Ghee to make d paratha
  6. Water for kneading d dough

Instructions

  1. Wash the bathua and drain the excess water. Pat the leaves dry.
  2. Heat a pan and add the bathua leaves, leave it for 4-5 minutes, so as to cook and dry to remove the excess water. let it get cooled a bit and then blend it a blender.
  3. Take the wheat flour in a mixing bow, add salt, red chilly powder and the bathua paste that we had cooked earlier.
  4. Knead this into a semi soft dough using water as required.
  5. Roll the dough into rotis and shallow fry them in a pan like normal parathas.
  6. Smear 1 tsp of ghee and fry.
  7. This can be served with some dry potato curry.
