We are all love to eat this lip smacking murg malai tikka..we are normally used to.make gravy in gas stove..This time I make it with Microwave oven..even you can make this dish in microwave solo method. .

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Boneless chicken - 700 GMS
  2. Boiled onion paste of 2 large onion
  3. Green chili paste - 1 tbsp
  4. Curd - 4 tbsp
  5. Fresh cream - 5 tbsp
  6. Ginger paste -2 tbsp
  7. Garlic paste - 2 tbsp
  8. black pepper - 1 tsp
  9. Salt - As required
  10. Kaju / cashewnut paste - 2 tbsp
  11. Egg white of 1 egg
  12. Garam masala - 1 1/2 tsp (dry roast 1inch stick cinamon, 3 cardamom ,1 black cardamom, 4 cloves ,1/2 tsp sha jeera ,pinch of javitri ,pinch of jaifal ..make fine powder)
  13. Kasurimethi - 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Cut boneless chicken in cube picecs and washed throughly.
  2. Then marinate chicken with 1tbsp ginger paste , 1tbsp garlic paste ,1/2 tbsp green chili paste, salt to taste , egg white, 3tbsp curd ,2tbsp cream ,1 tsp black pepper for minimum 1 hr
  3. Take microwave bowl add 1/2 cup water ,add 2 onion .then micro it for 3minitues on 100%power.
  4. Drain water..wait for little, cool,then make fine paste of boiled onion..
  5. Then grease a microwave safe plate with 1 tsp butter /oil ..place marinated chicken in a greased microwave safe plate.
  6. Micro it for 4minutes on 100% power.
  7. Flip chicken picecs after 2 minitues
  8. If you have grill+ combi method then grill +combi chicken after 4 minutes for 5 minutes..
  9. Then take microwave bowl .add 2 tbsp butter. Add 1bay leaf, 2 green cardamom ,1/2 inch stick cinnamon,3 cloves.
  10. Then micro it for 1 minitue on 100%power.
  11. Then add boiled onion paste ,rest of ginger, garlic paste .green chili paste Micro it for 1 minute on 100% power.
  12. Now add salt to taste , kaju / cashewnut paste , beateb curd ,black pepper 1/2 tsp sugar,garam masala .mix it well .Micro it for 3 minutes on 80%powder
  13. Stir it after every 1 minitues.
  14. Then add 1/2 cup water .give nice stir. Micro it for 2 minutes on 100%power
  15. Then add chicken tikka ,fresh cream , crush kasuri methi ..Stir nicely
  16. Then micro it for 1 minute on 100%power
  17. Ready microwave murg malai tikka masala..serve it with naan ,roti, paratha.
