Its a very popular and tasty dish of sindhi cuisine.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For tikka- gram flour- 1cup
  2. Onion- 1 fine chopped
  3. Green chilly- 2chopped
  4. Coriander leaves- 1tablespoons chopped
  5. Red chilly powder- 1/2teaspoon
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Oil-1 tablespoons for dough
  8. Oil for fry
  9. For masala- Onion- 7-8 roughly chopped
  10. Tomato- 3 chopped
  11. Green chilly- 1 chopped
  12. Red chilly powder- 1/2teaspoon
  13. Coriander powder- 1teaspoon
  14. Tarmaric powder- 1/4 teaspoon
  15. Salt to taste
  16. Oil -2tablespoons

Instructions

  1. For tikka - first take a bowl add all ing.of tikka and mix well.
  2. Now add water little by little and knead a tight dough.
  3. Now grease your hands with oil and make small size ball with dough.now flatten it with your palm and give it to a tikki shape.
  4. Heat oil in a wok and fry tikki on medium flam till brown and crispy.keep them a aside.
  5. For masala- heat oil in a pan.
  6. Add chopped onion and saute them till light brown in colour.
  7. Now add chopped tomatoes and green chilly and saute them for 5 minutes.
  8. Now add all dry masala and salt and mix well.
  9. Now add fry tikka's and add 3/4 glass of water and mix well
  10. Now cover it with lid and cook it on slow flam For 5 to 7 minutes.
  11. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with chapati.
