Ingredients to make Spicy Eggplant

  • Eggplant thin slender 4
  • cream 4tsp
  • Chop green chillies 6
  • vinegar 1tsp
  • red chilli pwd 1tsp
  • Black pepper pwd 1tsp
  • Kashmiri pwd 1tsp
  • salt accordingly

How to make Spicy Eggplant

  1. Heat oil in a pan ,add eggplant pieces.
  2. Then add all masalas and salt together. Cover lid and cook in low flame for 15mins
  3. Remove lid, add green chillies and cream together
  4. Add vinegar , cover and cook for few minutes.
  5. Serve hot with rice and garnish with coriander
