About Italian Eggplant Parmigiana Recipe

Italian Eggplant Parmigiana, is a delicacy from Itali, made with brinjals or egg plants and parmezan cheese.

Ingredients to make Italian Eggplant Parmigiana

  • eggplant-2
  • pasta sauce-1 bottle
  • egg -2
  • Parmesan Cheese -1 cup
  • mozzarella cheese -1 cup
  • breadcrumbs- 1 cup

How to make Italian Eggplant Parmigiana

  1. ingredients
  2. peel the egg plant skin and cut them like round slices
  3. Dip eggplant slices into the beaten egg.
  4. Now dip the slices in breadcrumbs
  5. Now the Eggplant slices are ready to bake. Preheat the oven for 350 degrees F . keep the slices in to baking tray and bake them 7 minutes in both sides.
  6. once baking is finished we can use the slices for making eggplant Parmigiana.
  7. Take a baking dish and spread the pause pause to cover the bottom.place a layer of eggplant slices in the sauce.
  8. Now sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.
  9. Repeat the step with remaining eggplant slices and sauce, and ending with cheese.
  10. Now they are ready to bake. Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes until browned. Let rest 10 minutes before serve.
  11. Now the delicious Italian Eggplant Parmigiana is ready. Best recipe for the good Lunch.,
