1 1/2 cup All purpose Flour
3 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp bbaking soda
1/2 cup Sugar
1/4 cup oil
4 tbsp honey/dates syrup/molases
1/2 cup tutti fruity, raisins ans nuts
1/2 cup water

Instructions

Take water in a microwave safe bowl and heat for 1 min,add all dry fruits into it and let the water seep for 5 mins.
Take all purpose flour and baking soda and sift them together.
Add cocoa powder to it and mix well
Now take the soaked dry fruits mix and add sugar,oil and dates syrup into it.mix together.
To this mixture add the dry ingredients and mix properly
Transfer to a microwave safe bowl and cook for 5 mins.
Let it cool down completely.
Cut and serve
