Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 1/2 cup All purpose Flour
  2. 2-3 tbsp chopped dates
  3. 3 tbsp chopped apples
  4. 1/2 cup oil
  5. 1/2 cup Sugar
  6. 1 1/4 cup milk
  7. 1/2 cup milkpowder
  8. 2 tbsp curd
  9. 1/2tsp soda
  10. 1 tsp Baking powder
  11. 1 tsp rose essence

Instructions

  1. Take flour in a bowl.
  2. Add Dates and Apple.
  3. Add oil.
  4. Add sugar and milk powder.
  5. Add curd ,baking powder and soda.
  6. Add milk and essence.
  7. Blend the mixture till it becomes smooth .
  8. Pour the mixture in a greased and dusted microwave safe container.
  9. Garnish with some dates.
  10. Cook in mw for 5 minutes.
  11. Check by inserting a knife or toothpick.
  12. Spongy cake is ready .Enjoy with rose syrup .
